These Terms of Use govern access to and use of LoveUP, a digital product developed by ONYX GLOBAL SERVICOS DE MARKETING E TECNOLOGIA LTDA, enrolled under CNPJ No. 63.810.320/0001-27, headquartered in São Paulo/SP, Brazil.
By creating an account, accessing, or using LoveUP, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or its services.
LoveUP is in development and preparation for launch. Some features may be released gradually and may vary by platform, region, plan, app version, or product phase.
1. About LoveUP
LoveUP is an app for couples that combines digital interactions, messages, gamification, digital rewards, couple progress, LoveCoins, XP, LoveWinks, streaks/flame, badges, achievements, and premium features.
LoveUP aims to provide a light, fun, and engaging experience for couples by encouraging small daily interactions within the app's digital environment.
LoveUP is not a medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial, or professional counseling service.
2. User account
Certain LoveUP features may require an account. You agree to provide true, updated, and complete information and to keep your credentials secure.
You are responsible for activities performed through your account, except in cases of proven security failure attributable exclusively to LoveUP.
3. Couple link
Some features depend on a link between two users. By accepting or creating a couple link, you understand that certain information and interactions may be shared with the linked partner, including messages, replies, LoveWinks, progress, achievements, digital rewards, interaction status, and other app elements.
Use LoveUP respectfully, consciously, and responsibly.
4. User conduct
You agree not to use LoveUP to:
- send abusive, offensive, threatening, discriminatory, defamatory, illegal content or content that violates third-party rights;
- harass, embarrass, manipulate, intimidate, or harm another user;
- publish or transmit explicit sexual, illegal, unauthorized content or content that violates platform rules;
- attempt to access accounts, systems, data, or restricted areas without authorization;
- circumvent reward, subscription, limit, streak, LoveCoins, XP, or gamified rules;
- exploit flaws, automate improper actions, or manipulate results;
- use the app for unauthorized commercial purposes;
- violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
Onyx Global may suspend, limit, or terminate access in case of misuse, violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, abuse, or security risk.
5. Messages and interactions
LoveUP may allow messages, replies, LoveWinks, reactions, rewards, light challenges, or other interactions between partners. You are responsible for the content you send and the interactions you make.
Onyx Global may apply security, moderation, limitation, or blocking measures when necessary to protect users, maintain app integrity, or comply with legal obligations.
6. LoveCoins, XP, rewards, and gamified features
LoveCoins, XP, badges, achievements, streaks/flame, progress, digital rewards, and other gamified features are internal LoveUP elements.
- they do not represent money;
- they are not electronic currency;
- they are not cryptoassets;
- they are not investments;
- they are not bank balances;
- they are not transferable outside the app;
- they are not redeemable for currency;
- they have no real monetary value;
- they may be changed, adjusted, limited, expired, suspended, or removed according to product rules.
7. Premium features and subscriptions
LoveUP may offer premium features through monthly, annual, or another model compatible with the platform and region. Subscriptions may be processed by Apple, Google Play, Stripe, or other authorized providers according to the purchase environment.
Premium features may vary according to plan, platform, region, app version, technical availability, launch phase, app store rules, and payment channel.
8. Billing, cancellation, and refund
Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund of subscriptions will follow the rules of the purchase channel. If purchased through Apple, Google Play, web, or another authorized channel, management will occur through the respective provider.
Onyx Global may keep records needed to identify subscription status, release premium features, process support, and comply with legal obligations.
9. Availability and product changes
Onyx Global may change, update, suspend, or discontinue LoveUP features at any time, including free, premium, experimental, or testing features.
10. Intellectual property
LoveUP, including brand, name, visual identity, texts, interfaces, screens, mechanics, design, software, assets, animations, database, flows, product logic, and creative elements, belongs to Onyx Global or their respective holders.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reproduce, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of LoveUP without prior written authorization.
11. User content and feedback
By sending feedback, suggestions, ideas, or comments about LoveUP, you authorize Onyx Global to use those contributions to improve the product without obligation of compensation, recognition, or implementation.

LoveUP may use third-party services for hosting, authentication, payments, analytics, notifications, support, security, infrastructure, and other technical resources.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Onyx Global will not be liable for indirect or incidental damages, lost profits, data loss, temporary unavailability, third-party failures, connection issues, misuse of the app, or consequences arising from interactions between users.
15. Relationship and counseling disclaimer
LoveUP is a digital entertainment, engagement, and interaction experience for couples. The app does not replace psychological counseling, couples therapy, medical care, legal guidance, financial consulting, or any specialized professional service.
16. Suspension and termination of access
Onyx Global may suspend or terminate access to LoveUP, in whole or in part, in cases of violation of these Terms, misuse, suspected fraud, reward manipulation, security risk, legal requirement, abusive behavior, violation of third-party rights, or service discontinuation.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect product changes, subscription rules, legislation, or operational practices. Continued use of LoveUP after changes means that you are aware of the updated version.
18. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes will be handled according to applicable Brazilian law.
